Crystal Palace have relieved new manager, Frank de Boer of his duties just four games into the 2017/18 season and only 77 days after he was formally appointed.
A statement from the club this morning reads, “Crystal Palace Football Club have this morning parted company with Frank de Boer. We would like to thank Frank for his dedication and hard work during his time at the club. A new manager will be appointed in due course and we wish Frank the very best of luck for the future.”
Palace were beaten by Burnley this weekend, a fourth successive Premier League defeat, having already lost against Huddersfield, Liverpool and Swansea.
